• CmsdValue no longer lists CmsdObjectType, CmsdStreamingFormat, and CmsdStreamType. string already covers the three, so the type is unchanged.
• The README now has a When to use section. The section names the tasks that the package covers and the entry point of each task.

• README: the usage example is complete. It imports every identifier it uses and shows the encoded output.
• Peer dependency ranges are now caret ranges, for example ^1.6.2 instead of 1.6.2. A later patch or minor release of a peer no longer requires a new release of this package.

• isCmsdCustomKey: runtime check for valid custom keys (a lowercase first letter, then characters from a-z 0-9 . -, with a hyphen that is neither the first nor the last character), the subset of hyphenated key names that survives RFC 8941 key serialization

• The CmsdCustomKey type now requires a lowercase hyphenated string, matching isCmsdCustomKey. Uppercase and digit-leading custom keys were never serializable as CMSD structured fields (encodeCmsdStatic and encodeCmsdDynamic throw on them); they are now rejected at compile time
